We also offer consultation services to achieve the optimum layout of print devices to reduce Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), as well as to enhance customers' corporate structure by effectively organizing information.

On Working Folder, linkage between mobile & cloud service. Users can view documents from a smartphone or tablet device while being outside the office. Even if their company does not own a document server, Fuji Xerox Working Folder enables the users to digitize documents and sharing information without constraints of the their location.

Production Services

Fuji Xerox's Production Services provides on-demand printing systems and workflow solutions for the digital printing industry, as well as continuous feed and cut sheet printing systems for host computer printing.

Fuji Xerox has been also exploring new opportunities in the digital printing market by meeting the needs for short-run printing of a wide variety of contents, and by supporting one-to-one marketing that leverages information customized for each customer's demand. 

"direct2one" is a one-stop marketing communication service covering overall one-to-one marketing processes as follows:

  • Surveying each customer's lifestyle and purchasing behavior
  • Identifying needs that even the customers themselves are not aware of
  • Planning and designing direct mails based on the analysis of the survey data, and printing, and distributing them
  • Evaluating and analyzing results of the mail responses

The service contributes to reducing TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) in marketing and enhancing efficiency in sales promotion.

Strategy planning: Visualize the individual customers' values and lifestyles according to their attributes, segment them and design effective communication media plans. Creative development: Based on benefits in each customer segment, create contents with optimized designs and messages. Data processing design:Design the rules of data handling including variable data processing, for each type of communication media based on the creative development. Production/delivery: Produce communication materials and deliver them through cross-media including direct mails, emails and websites utilizing the database and the data processing rules.
