What is Open Office Frontier?

Open Office Frontier: Open the Office, Explore the Buisiness. 1)Free, Not Fixed...Go beyond the office to transcend organizational barriers. 2)Bottom-Up, Not Top-Down...Create new values by meeting ever-changing front-line needs... 3)Flexible, Not Restricted...Break out of the conventional mindset to respond flexibly to the changing front-line requests. 4)Atypical, Not Typical...Be creative and envision new ideas according to the times and circumstances. 5)Collaboration, Not Isolation...Communicate with others to maximize value. These are the five concepts in considering new ways of working. Based on these concepts, Fuji Xerox aspires to "work with customers and to provice a better work style as a leader in the Document field."

Two concepts of "Open Office Frontier"

Open Office Frontier is a combination of two concepts; the "Open Office" and the "Office Frontier."

1)Open Office...A boundless office setting created jointly by Fuji Xerox with our customers to connect people from different enterprises to meet the needs of the ubiquitous age. 2)Office Frontier...A Fuji Xerox concept placing the Company at the forefront of the Open Office with our customers as well as leading the challenge in crafting new work styles.
