Degradation of environment is an issue not just for a company, but also for each and every employee to tackle both voluntarily and proactively. Fuji Xerox supports programs to provide opportunities for employees to be close to nature voluntarily and enable children in the local communities to conserve both energy and resources.

At Fuji Xerox, we believe it is important to support the development of a society where citizens on their own initiatives engage in activities to reduce environmental damage and protect the environment. Thus, we provide opportunities for many of our employees and citizens to receive such training by co-hosting certification workshops for nature guides together with the Nature Conservation Society of Japan.
After completing the course to foster high environmental consciousness, these employees play active roles as leaders for environment protection in their local communities to promote the conservation activities.

While supporting the "Kids’ ISO Program"(ArTech) to raise children’s awareness for the environment and to enable them to manage their own life and actions, Fuji Xerox also endorses it for implementation at employees' households.
