To this end, we have adopted the following specific activities and systems:
Hasuu Club
The Hasuu Club is a volunteer organization formed and managed by Fuji Xerox employees and retirees.
Social Service Leave
Fuji Xerox was the first company in Japan to adopt a system of Social Service Leave.
Volunteer Day Off
At Fuji Xerox, employees can apply to take a day off to contribute as volunteers.
Leafx (Love Earth Action Fuji Xerox)
This program promotes awareness-raising and hands-on efforts in the areas of global environment and society by providing all employees, including those at affiliates in Japan and around the world, to participate in environmental-conservation and social-contribution activities at work, in their communities, and at home.
