Participation in a foreign volunteer camp using volunteer days off
At Fuji Xerox, it is possible for employees to use their reserve leave (an accumulation of up to 60 days worth of paid leave for which the validity dates have expired) for up to 5 days a month to take a short-term volunteer leave.
This volunteer leave can be taken advantage of in various ways, such as by participating in a volunteer event that is held on a weekday, participating in the Special Olympics as a volunteer for one week, or even going to a volunteer camp abroad.
