Fuji Xerox endorsed the idea of the UN Global Compact advocated by the United Nations. Our Then President Arima signed it in July 2002. TadahitoYamamoto, who became the president of Fuji Xerox in 2007, strongly commits himself to it as well. We regard the UN Global Compact as the common sense of value for Fuji Xerox and its affiliated companies to promote CSR positively. It is reflected as a mental prop in the Employee's Code of Conduct which was introduced in 2007. Under the UN Global Compact, companies voluntarily proclaim to comply with 10 globally accepted principles in four areas ─ human rights, labor standards, environment, and anti-corruption. |
