Policy on Employees

Fuji Xerox is supported by people. We believe that the most important thing is for each of our employees, with their diverse personalities and backgrounds, to be independent and self-reliant and change themselves in order to continually take on new challenges.
Fuji Xerox urges employees to be independent professionals who receive compensation and develop themselves by providing their own special knowledge and skills, instead of simply maintaining a sense of “belonging” to the company. We see the workplace as an opportunity for the growth of employees who have the desire to learn on an ongoing basis.

Nowadays, economic activities are becoming global and business environment is changing dramatically. Human resources who are “self-thinking and self-acting” are very important to catch up this change. Fuji Xerox is carrying out activities centered on this kind of human resources development.

Work-Life Balance

Policy of work-life balance promotion was announced in March of 2007. As a part of it, Childcare Support System was revised in April of 2008. The system revision of this time was aiming at deepening the sense of value of diversity and work-life balance in the company, then keeping and recruiting various human resources.
