In April 2008, Fuji Xerox reviewed its business headquarters framework and reorganized all functions to fully reflect our customers' voice.
In Japan, Fuji Xerox's affiliates can be divided into business companies and function-based companies. The former are responsible for undertaking services such as contract-based document management and human resources consultation. The latter engage in development, manufacturing, sales and personnel and general affairs service.
Overseas affiliates include sales and production companies in Asia-Pacific region including China and research and sales companies in the U.S.

The Corporate Executive Committee is the top-most decision-making body in Fuji Xerox's management hierarchy. The Corporate Executive Committee makes decisions on important matters related to management of Fuji Xerox and its affiliates.
In addition, Fuji Xerox has function-based committees to assist the Corporate Executive Committee in making decisions regarding management issues in specific function-based areas. The function-based committees handle individual issues related to the respective functions. Fuji Xerox aims to ensure prompt and precise decision-making by functionally combining these committees.
