Policy on Employees
The pillar that supports Fuji Xerox is people. We believe that it is important for each of our employees, who have different personalities and backgrounds, to be independent and self-reliant and continue to change themselves to take on new challenges.
We expect all our employees to be self-reliant professionals who receive rewards and realize the growth of themselves by providing their own expertise, instead of simply maintaining a sense of “belonging to the company.” The company will provide opportunities and places for the growth of employees who have a strong will and desire to learn constantly.
Amid the globalization of economic activities and the rapidly changing business environment, in order for a company to be sustainable, human resources who can respond to changes by “thinking and acting on their own initiatives” are required. Fuji Xerox is seeking and developing such human resources.
