Our Principles on the Global Environment and Future Generations

Fuji Xerox utilizes various resources and energies in the course of business activities. Regarding global environmental problems, we are committed to the “prevention of global warming,” “conservation and efficient use of resources” and “reduction of chemical risks” as the three pillars of our environmental activities. We recognize as our responsibility, and strive to reduce, the environmental impact of our products throughout every phase of product lifecycle, from material procurement, assembly/processing, logistics, power consumption during product use, to recycling and final disposal.

Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction Target for FY2020

To contribute to the mitigation of global warming, Fuji Xerox has set out a long-term target of cutting total CO2 emissions from our entire product lifecycle by 30% compared to the FY 2005 level by FY 2020. For detailed information, please refer to the following page.

Suzhou City Certifies Fuji Xerox Recycling Site as a Pilot Enterprise for Suzhou's Recycling Economy

On December 11, 2008, Fuji Xerox Eco-Manufacturing (Suzhou), our recycling site located in Suzhou City, China, was certified by the Suzhou City Government as a Pilot Enterprise for Suzhou's Recycling Economy.
