Overview of Our Environmental Impact
We have been focusing on reducing resource input and CO2 emissions under our companywide goal of achieving a carbon balance level where CO2 emissions reduction performance at customers' offices reaches twice the amount of CO2 emissions of our business activities.
The figures in the chart above cover all activities by Fuji Xerox Consolidated (except for the chemical substances data, which only covers activities within Japan)
- *1: Parts replaced during maintenance and some of the consumable supplies are not included in the Resources INPUT data.
- *2: Energy INPUT for operating copying machines and printers Total power consumption (estimate) has been calculated assuming that the machines produced in fiscal 2008 will be in operation for 5 years.
