Collaborative processing technology between input devices and documents
This is a technology for automatically combining devices and services in accordance with the situation of meeting. If you put your IC card over the card reader and get authenticated in person, your photograph appears on the list of participants. This mechanism with IC card is the common infrastructure of EOO, which provides necessary information in accordance with "the person" and "the situation" keeping necessary security. |

IT devices
This is a technology that makes it possible to
share information with remote sites in real-time
with an easy operation like when using a copy
machine, utilizing embedded computers, which are
connected to networks, in the conference room
itself. You can open the file for presentation
using operation panels placed elsewhere on the
walls etc. The panel is designed to show necessary
information only for the meeting, so that you
can control the EOO system with simple operations
(open document, make presentation, write and save,
distribute, and print). |

technology for meeting documents
The document used in a meeting is automatically
stored in the database, in coordination with the
document management software. And it is possible
