This is where we allow customers to experience our case examples first-hand. Here, by allowing our customers to engage in dialogue with members of our R&D departments that created the solutions in our case examples while also experiencing hands-on demonstrations and exhibits, we help shed light on ouvr customers' own business challenges that they are not yet aware of. Through these activities, we challenge ourselves to go beyond providing customers with goods (such as multifunction printers) and create valuable experiences in order to resolve their challenges.
