When we remelt and remold plastics recovered from market, their anti-shock property decreases. For example, when commercially available ABS resin is recycled 3 times, its strength against shock decreased about 60% compared to a new product. |

Therefore, we have
developed a technology that recover the decreased
physical properties by adding 3 - 5 wt% of Repelle
auxiliary agent to the material.
In addition, by applying this Repelle auxiliary
agent from the beginning, it became possible for
the first time in the world to offer Repelle resin
that can sustain its physical properties. |
