This paper introduces, from the viewpoint of technologies that support work styles in a new era, service technologies based on organizational behavior analysis technologies while referring to examples of analysis conducted at actual organizations. We have developed Real Organizational Behavior Audit Service (ROBAS) technology that infers an organization's communication behavior and diagnoses its activities based on various ICT logs and/or sensor logs. From a position of research including service, we have continuously improved our service systems by reducing offering cost, maintaining customer value, and creating new value in response to changes in customer demand.
The paper also introduces the main issues facing Japanese companies today: changes in work style in consideration of environmental issues, changes in work style in business, and the possibility of support by an organization in the event of a disaster.
