Revolutionizing Work Processes with DocuWorks Document Tray Option

DocuWorks Document Tray Option is software that allows for the seamless transfer of electronic documents. This software realizes the same work experience as that afforded by using actual paper and a tray on DocuWorks Desk. Thus, the digitization of document transfer reduces the use of paper and the time needed to move documents physically, without requiring any special training or changing the existing work process.
We will further improve the work process by adding value unique to electronic trays and increasing the compatibility with other systems, such as cloud services, so that various tasks can be accomplished by simply putting documents in an electronic tray.
This report describes the planning background and design process of DocuWorks Document Tray Option, as well as the technology that supports this software.
