Production Remote Service Providing New Value for Customers

The production remote service is designed and operated by Fuji Xerox for its own production devices. The object of this service is to maximize the availability of the customer's device. Fuji Xerox's remote support center (RSC) monitors device status by using fault prediction and remote diagnostics technology. Upon detecting any trouble that occurred (or will occur) on the device, the RSC will provide quick and correct repair. This article describes the content of the production remote service and the technology used for the service.
