About Fuji Xerox Global Services

Creating new value with better document management

More than 90% of all communications arising from business activities is done through documents. In addition to core communications such as ERP*1, SCM*2, and CRM*3, there are various other documents needed on a daily basis by every department in a company. For example, invoices and detailed statements are needed in the Finance Departments, information brochures and promotional catalogues in Sales and Marketing, and drawings, flow charts, and procedures manuals in Planning and Production Departments. Fuji Xerox focuses on the flow of such documents and information, helping organizations to improve the input and output processes and supporting infrastructures and achieve significant and sustainable business results.

Output cost reduction through document process improvement

Enterprises spend between 1% and 3% of revenue on print; yet, by managing their print environment more effectively, they will save between 10% and 30% of their print-related spending.*4 Many companies fail to appropriately identify their document output costs and tend to focus only on those areas where the costs are visible. By using proven assessment methods, Fuji Xerox can help companies discover areas of improvements and achieve sustainable cost savings and efficiencies by streamlining and optimizing document processes and workflows.
