Corporate Philosophy

「Mission Statement」「Shared Value」

Fuji Xerox, by fulfilling our Mission Statement, will contribute to the development of sustainable society in which each person can engage in meaningful work and build a better future. We also uphold Shared Values, which emphasize our responsibility and how we should approach business as members of society and as individuals based on a fundamental respect for humanity. In line with these values we will take on challenges with speed, thereby creating new value for society on a continual basis.

Materiality (Priority Issues) and Value Creation Process

Fuji Xerox has identified priority areas of focus from among a broad spectrum of social issues. The selection was made in line with the Mission Statement and the Fujifilm Group’s Sustainable Value Plan 2030 (SVP2030)Note 1as well as in consideration of the opportunities and risks posed to the company.
For the identified priority issues, Fuji Xerox will create value for its customers and other stakeholders while also contributing to the creation of a sustainable society by linking its business activities with all 17 items of the SDGsNote 2toward the achievement of Goal 8, “Decent Work and Economic Growth.
