Xerox and Fuji Xerox Positioned in the Leaders Quadrant of 2012 Managed Print Services Report

TOKYO, November 08, 2012— Xerox Corporation and Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. have been placed by Gartner, Inc. in the Leaders Quadrant of the 2012 Magic Quadrant for Managed Print Services (MPS) WorldwideNote1.
Xerox and Fuji Xerox have been providing its MPS called XOS that optimizes the office print environment by undertaking the management of print devices and relevant matters. As a market leader of MPS, they are offering Enterprise Print Services, which augments the existing MPS covering the entire enterprise print environments – from supporting mobile workers and print governance tools to realize print optimization, to securing confidential data by printing through IC card authentication, and simplifying complex business processes with new ways to work with both paper and digital information.
Fuji Xerox acquired Upstream Print Solutions Pty Ltd., an Australia's largest independent MPS provider in 2010, and has been providing printer-centric MPS for the small- and medium-sized businesses (SMB) market. To further accelerate its provision of services in the Asia-Pacific region, the company also acquired the Business Process Outsourcing division of Australia's largest business service provider, Salmat Limited.
