Our Views on Employees

Fuji Xerox is founded on the strength of our employees, who come with diverse backgrounds and traits. We believe it is important for each employee to become more self-reliant, proactive, willing to constantly improve oneself and take on new challenges.
A company is expected to contribute to society through its economic, social, and human values. Correspondingly, we expect our employees to display economic, social, and human qualities. We believe Fuji Xerox needs employees who can refine these qualities through learning.
With the globalization of economic activities and the rapid changes in the business climate in today's world, companies need employees who can adapt to change, know the importance of learning, and exercise initiative in order to be sustainable. Fuji Xerox will seek and develop such a workforce.
